This is a belated thank you from one of your rehabilitation clients. I spent 17 days at Guilford House in July. Your nursing staff and aids were attentive and caring. The PT staff led by Karen Bennett was top draw… The food was creative and tasty.

When great is not enough…what word do you use? Super…extraordinary…whatever that word is… please insert. Mrs. W’s stay in room 205 was exceptional. The care givers, from nurses to PT to aids and food… all worked to make her stay most pleasant. Hats off to Guilford House and the high standards you have obtained.

Lack of speed does not indicate lack of appreciation. There are so many reasons to say “thank you” that any attempts are feeble by comparison to your many kindnesses. Needless to say, my 5 ½ week stay at Guilford House was made so much more comfortable and pleasant by your caring staff and you! Please tell your dear wife, Pat, how much I enjoyed her visits and our talks! I was pleased to here that she is now Director of Nursing. I am thoroughly convinced that if one needs a rehab care facility, Guilford House is the place to be! Again, my sincere thanks for everything.

I don’t have an email address for Cal so I am sending this to you, please forward it to him. S. K. was just discharged after ten days at your facility. When we initially toured it with you we came away thinking that your description of the facility and staff might be a bit over the top. After these ten days I’d like to say the description of what to expect was far less than we received. We had contact with all of the staff and they couldn’t have been nicer, more professional, or warmer during her stay. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. Thank you for a terrific Rehab staff, encouraging, and supporting her during her stay. Either one of us, or both, would be very happy to share our experience with both you and the Guilford House anytime.
